MOUTAIN TOP MINISTRY DEVOTIONAL
We gather to exalt our worthy God for his mighty acts of salvation. What we do in worship is grounded in the Scriptures. The Bible is our only rule of faith and practice. Both Old and New Testaments serve as authority and source for our times of worship.
From these Sacred Sources we glean Psalms, hymns, doxologies, benedictions, confessions, prayers, and ascriptions of glory and patterns of worship. What we do in worship must always be oriented toward Christ.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 5:8 But God commanded his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 10:9 That if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Your Word says that if I confess my sins, You are faithful and just to forgive me of all my sins and cleanse me from all unrighteousness. Lord, I repent of my past life of sin and ask your forgiveness.
Jesus, come into my life and make me a new person. I now call upon the name of Jesus and therefore, by faith, I am saved. From this day forth I pledge my life to you, Lord. Thank you for saving me in Jesus' Name, Amen.
Praise the Lord! If you've just prayed this prayer for the first time you have received the greatest gift ever given to mankind, Salvation! We would like to rejoice with you, if you would let us know by using our Praise report page.
